Marty DiBergis … ‘Tschuldigung … Rob Reiners Rock-Dokumentation Mockumentary “Die Jungs von Spinal Tap / This is Spinal Tap” [USA 1984] über die Comeback-Tour der Hardrock-Combo “Spinal Tap” erscheint am 28. Juli 2009 in den USA bei MGM auf Blu-ray. Bei DVDTown wurden die Details des 2-Disc-Sets bekannt gegeben.

Zum Bonusmaterial der Doppel-DVD von MGM ist nur das blau markierte Material hinzugekommen. Die umfangreichen gelöschten Szenen (ca. 65 Minuten) der DVD sind laut den DVDTown-Angaben leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Die zusätzlichen Extras (Audiokommentare, 20-minütiger Kurzfilm “Spinal Tap: The Final Tour” usw.) der seltenen Criterion-DVD sind auch für die BD nicht lizensiert worden.
