Am 23. September 2008 startet Sony eine sogenannte “Martini Movies“-DVD-Reihe und bezeichnet sie als “New Label of Hip and Iconic Films for the Cool Film Lover”. Nachdem Rauchen in amerikanischen Filmen verpönt ist, darf immerhin die Alkoholindustrie noch fröhlich Werbung mit den Filmstudios machen, denn als Bonus wird jede der DVDs folgendes enthalten:

Waaas? Eine Martini-Reihe ohne “Der diskrete Charme der Bourgeoisie”, dem Martini-Film schlechthin?! Da hätte man sich auch gleich die extra Anleitung zum Martini-Trinken mit sparen können, denn die gibt es in dem Film gratis. ;-)
